Design: split-face, 52-week follow-up, blinded assessment.
Results: statistically significant WSRS reductions (p<0.001 at weeks 4, 24 and 52) and GAIS improvement (p<0.001); high patient preference for natural feel; no serious adverse events.

Tear Trough Deformity Refinement by an Innovative Hyaluronic Acid Injectable Filler.

Design: pilot study, 16 patients (mean age 40.5), microinjection technique.
Results: GAIS (p=0.05) and TTIS (p=0.001) improvement at one month; ~43.2% TTIS improvement; no prolonged edema or adverse events.

Multifactorial Evaluation of Mesotherapy with an Innovative Hyaluronic Acid Skin Booster.

Design: 20 patients (mean age 45), VISIA imaging + FACE-Q over two months.
Results: skin-texture improvement (p=0.076, alpha=0.10) and pore improvement (p<0.01); FACE-Q satisfaction (p=0.001-0.017); no adverse effects.
